you ould need bipolar 2.5V supplies
and im not sure that circuit works like that
maybe
theres tons of low voltage amps that are LF411A good
LF411 is about a generic as parts get
it might even work with 2.5V rails

And for Blue color, it's USD USD 0.44/pcs for 3 chips with 463nm~465nm.
.10 cheaper than 5chip leds on ebay in like 200 qty
