high level c++ on 8b is kind of ridiculous for most typical uC apps
*short* c programs usually seem to work well
but its almost literal asm at that level
its way more connected to the hardware than writing c code for a pc
gpf: i dont think the cap value matters much
because the base is low impedance
for common emitter switching type apps
i guess if youre drive current is pretty limited it matters
