because you need to vape a lot of juice
if you are doing reasonable strengths and not edge of toxic on skin contact strong
also because you can feel it
like, in my case i do unflavored very low strength juice
like, my atomizer wicks lasts months, if i dont pull a huge cloud it doesnt feel like ive hit anything

that seems pretty cyberpunky
steampunk version, the segment would be painted rotating blocks
the guard is pretty neat
steampunk version would also need to be powered by some sort of liquid container with green or blue glowing fuel
